TUITION

To secure a vacancy, ISE requires a one-time, non-refunding registration fee of $50 for one child or $100 for multiple children. This fee is per family.

Eagle Package includes: Books, Instructional Supplies (Excluding Paper, Pencil and Pens), 1 Bookbag (K4-8th only), 1 Communicator Binder with Specialized Eagle Information, 1 Bible (2nd-8th only), 1 P.E. Uniform (K-8th only), Standardized Testing (K-8th only), Computer Lab Access.
Tuition is due by the 5th of each month. A parent can opt to pay at least 50% by the 5th of the month and the other 50% two weeks thereafter. If the 5th falls on the weekend, the tuition is due the following Monday.
If at least 50% of fees are not received by the 5th of the month, a late payment charge of $15 is applied to the account on the 6th.
Eagle Package fees are non-refundable even if the parent changes their mind about their child attending ISE.
Tuition will be prorated if the start date (initial enrollment date) is less than one full month.
Price quoted above for 4-Yr old VPK students are for all day services. Other VPK schedules are available upon request and will require a different financial commitment.
*Afterschool for Academy students and families with multiple children may be discounted through the Carolyn V. Brown Tuition Assistance Program.

Early Learning Coalition (ELC)

ISE proudly accepts Early Learning Coalition (ELC) Subsidized Assistance Program (Formerly Arbor E & T). However, this federally funded program does not cover 100% of tuition and fees. Therefore, it is the policy of ISE to assess a supplemental fee to all ELC families for the difference. The 10-11 Supplemental Fees depend on full-time or part-time coverage and are as follows:

ELC MULTIPLE CHILDREN DISCOUNT:

ELC families with multiple ELC Supplemental Fees will receive $25 OFF of their TOTAL ELC supplemental fees.

Example:
A family has an infant & a 1-Year old. The total ELC supplemental fees are $175, however with the $25 discount, the total ELC supplemental fees will be $150.
